Tina Turner Short biography
Tina Turner, born Anna Mae Bullock, was an American-Swiss singer, songwriter, dancer, actress, and author. Known as the "Queen of Rock 'n' Roll", she is one of the world's best-selling artists of all time, having sold over 200 million records. Turner won 12 Grammy Awards, including eight competitive awards, three Grammy Hall of Fame awards, and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991 and the Kennedy Center Honors in 2005.
