Booker T Short biography
Booker T. Jones is an American musician, songwriter, record producer, and actor. He is best known as the leader of the Booker T. & the M.G.'s, one of the most influential bands of the 1960s and 1970s. He has also had a successful solo career, and has won numerous awards, including a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
