Ramon Laguarta is a Spanish businessman who is the chairman and chief executive officer of PepsiCo. He became CEO in 2018 after Indra Nooyi stepped down. Laguarta has been with PepsiCo for over 20 years and has held various leadership positions, including CEO of PepsiCo Europe and president of PepsiCo Latin America. He is the first Spanish CEO of a large American multinational company.
