Richard "Rich" Lesser (born 1962) is an American businessman currently serving as the Global Chair of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since 2021. Prior to that, he held the position of CEO from 2013 to 2021. Lesser is known for his leadership in driving BCG's growth and social impact initiatives.
