Catherine O'Hara Short biography
Catherine Anne O'Hara (born March 4, 1954) is a Canadian-American actress, comedian, writer, and singer-songwriter. She is best known for her work on the sketch comedy show SCTV, the sitcom Schitt's Creek, and the films Beetlejuice, Home Alone, and Waiting for Guffman.
O'Hara has won numerous awards for her work, including an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. She was also named an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2018.
