Rob Schneider Short biography
Rob Schneider is an American actor, comedian, screenwriter, and director. He is best known for his roles in the films The Waterboy, Big Daddy, and Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo. Schneider has also appeared in numerous other films and television shows, including Saturday Night Live, The Benchwarmers, and Real Rob.
Schneider was born in San Francisco, California, on October 31, 1963. He began his career as a stand-up comedian, performing at clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1987, he was cast as a featured player on Saturday Night Live. Schneider remained on the show for four seasons, during which time he created several memorable characters, including the "Tiny Elvis" and "The Richmeister."
After leaving Saturday Night Live, Schneider began appearing in films. His first major role was in the 1995 comedy The Waterboy. Schneider has since starred in over 50 films, including Big Daddy, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, The Animal, and The Benchwarmers. Schneider has also directed several films, including Big Stan and The Ridiculous 6.
Schneider is married to Patricia Azarcoya Arce, and they have two daughters. He is also the father of a daughter from a previous relationship.
