Deena Kastor Short biography
Deena Michelle Kastor (born February 14, 1973) is an American long-distance runner. A dominant force in road racing, she held American records in the marathon, half marathon, and various other distances for many years. Kastor also achieved international success, capturing the bronze medal in the women's marathon at the 2004 Athens Olympics.
