Martin Fitzgerald Lawrence (born April 16, 1965) is an American actor, stand-up comedian, and producer. He rose to fame in the 1990s with his sitcom Martin and his starring role in the Bad Boys film franchise alongside Will Smith. Lawrence has also appeared in numerous other films, including Do the Right Thing, House Party, Boomerang, Big Momma's House, and National Security.
