Ryan Gosling Short biography
Ryan Gosling is a Canadian actor, musician, director, and producer. He first gained recognition as a child star on the Disney Channel's The Mickey Mouse Club (1993–1995), and went on to star in other family-oriented television series, including Are You Afraid of the Dark? (1995) and Goosebumps (1996). His breakthrough film role was as a Jewish neo-Nazi in The Believer (2001), and he gained stardom for starring in the 2004 romantic drama The Notebook. Gosling has since starred in a wide range of critically acclaimed and commercially successful films, including Half Nelson (2006), Lars and the Real Girl (2007), Blue Valentine (2010), Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011), Drive (2011), The Ides of March (2011), Gangster Squad (2013), The Place Beyond the Pines (2013), Only God Forgives (2013), The Big Short (2015), The Nice Guys (2016), La La Land (2016), Blade Runner 2049 (2017), First Man (2018), The Gray Man (2022), and Barbie (2023).
