Ethan Hawke Short biography
Ethan Hawke is an American actor, writer, director, and novelist. He rose to fame in the late 1980s and early 1990s with roles in films such as Dead Poets Society (1989), Reality Bites (1994), and the Before trilogy (1995-2013), which he starred in with Julie Delpy. Hawke has since starred in a wide variety of films, including Gattaca (1997), Training Day (2001), and Boyhood (2014). He has also written and directed several films, including Chelsea Walls (2001) and The Hottest State (2006).
