Danica Patrick Short biography
Danica Patrick is a former American professional racing driver, model, businesswoman, and spokesperson. She is considered the most successful woman in the history of American open-wheel racing. Patrick began karting at a young age and quickly rose through the ranks, winning numerous regional and national championships. She made her IndyCar Series debut in 2005 and quickly became one of the most popular drivers in the series. In 2008, she became the first woman to win an IndyCar Series race. She also competed in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. Patrick retired from racing in 2018.
