Travis Kalanick Short biography
Travis Kalanick is an American entrepreneur and businessman who co-founded the ride-hailing company Uber in 2009. He served as Uber's CEO from 2010 to 2017, during which time the company grew from a startup to one of the most valuable private companies in the world. Kalanick was forced to resign from Uber in 2017 following a series of scandals, including allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination. Since then, he has founded a venture capital firm, 10100, and invested in several other companies.
