Lloyd Blankfein Short biography
Lloyd Craig Blankfein (born September 20, 1954) is an American investment banker who served as Chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs from 2006 to 2018. Currently, he holds the position of senior chairman at the firm. Blankfein graduated from Harvard University with both his undergraduate and law degrees before entering the financial world. He is known for leading Goldman Sachs through the 2008 financial crisis and for his advocacy for various social issues.
