John Cleese Short biography
John Cleese is an English actor, comedian, writer, and producer. He is best known for his work with Monty Python, a comedy troupe responsible for the sketch comedy TV show Monty Python's Flying Circus, as well as such films as Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Monty Python's Life of Brian, and Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. Cleese has also had a successful career outside of Monty Python, starring in films such as A Fish Called Wanda, Clockwise, and the Harry Potter series.
