Patrick Stewart Short biography
Patrick Stewart is an English actor, voice actor, director, and producer. He is best known for his roles as Jean-Luc Picard in the Star Trek franchise, Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men film series, and Claudius in the 2009 film adaptation of Hamlet. Stewart has also appeared in numerous other films and television shows, including Dune (1984), L.A. Story (1991), Conspiracy Theory (1997), and Logan (2017). He has also done extensive voice work, notably for the animated films Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (2001), Chicken Little (2005), and Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012). Stewart has received numerous awards and nominations for his work, including four Primetime Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe Award, and a Tony Award.
