Sandra Bullock Short biography
Sandra Annette Bullock was born on July 26, 1964, in Arlington, Virginia, to a German opera singer mother and an American voice coach father. She grew up traveling with her parents as they performed around the world. After graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in drama, Bullock moved to New York City to pursue an acting career.
Bullock began her career appearing in off-Broadway productions and made her film debut in the 1987 thriller Hangmen. She achieved mainstream success with her role in the 1993 action film Speed, alongside Keanu Reeves. Since then, Bullock has starred in numerous successful films, including Miss Congeniality, The Blind Side, and Gravity. She has won numerous awards for her acting, including an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.
In addition to her acting career, Bullock is also a successful producer. She founded her own production company, Fortis Films, in 1995. The company has produced several successful films, including The Blind Side, The Proposal, and All About Steve.
