Shawn Mendes Short biography
Shawn Mendes is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and model. He gained a following in 2013, posting song covers on the video-sharing application Vine. The next year, he caught the attention of artist manager Andrew Gertler and Island Records A&R Ziggy Chareton, which led to him signing a deal with the record label. Since then, Mendes has released four studio albums, all of which have debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart. He has also embarked on several successful world tours and won numerous awards, including three Grammy Award nominations. Mendes is known for his soulful vocals, catchy pop songs, and large social media following.
