Eric Clapton Short biography
Eric Clapton is a British rock and blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He is regarded as one of the greatest guitarists of all time and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame three times: as a solo artist and with the Yardbirds and Cream. Clapton has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling musicians of all time.
Clapton's career has spanned over five decades, and he has released 21 solo studio albums, as well as numerous collaborations with other artists. He is best known for his work with the Yardbirds, Cream, Blind Faith, and Derek and the Dominos. He is also known for his solo hits, such as "Layla", "Tears in Heaven", and "Wonderful Tonight".
