Emmanuel Macron Short biography
Emmanuel Macron is the current President of France, serving since 2017. He is a former investment banker who entered politics in 2015, founding the centrist party En Marche! (On the Move). Macron served as Minister of the Economy and Finance from 2014 to 2016 under President François Hollande. He is married to Brigitte Macron, who is 24 years his senior and has three children from her previous marriage.
